wasn't a coach, it was former teammate and opponent Deion Sanders. If anyone knew what Rice was like as a WR, in games and in practice, I think Neon's opinion holds some water.

I'm confused by the thread title, why is there an interogation mark? Toliver is gone, leaving #80 open potentially for Jarvis, but why question "new JL" he's coming so there will definetely be a new JL on the team?
