Thats not true. Wes Welker and Lance Moore are the ideal slots. From what I understand Landry is a lot like Welker/Moore. Landry has ideal size (little bigger than Welker/Moore height wise), not the fastest but runs clean/great routes, has great hands, and can take a hit well.
Here is Rivals write up on him. (also says his Agility is "as good as it gets")
On the Hoof: He is very slight in stature, looking more like a middle infielder and leadoff hitter than one of the best receivers in the country. He is very lean with virtually no body fat.
Needs Improvement: He could improve his speed just a tad, while adding some size and strength. There are some concerns with him creating separation against big, athletic corners. Another area that he will need to improve is his run blocking.
Most Impressive: Landry runs excellent routes and his change of direction is incredible making him very dangerous in space. He has the type of hands that reach out and snatch the ball out of the air at the last second, leaving unsuspecting defensive backs waving at thin air.
Conclusion: His ultra-competitive nature bodes well for him seeing early playing time. Though not a burner, his ability to catch, tuck and run makes him an ideal candidate as a punt returner.
