All the rich people who buy the tickets don't cheer or stand up or do anything. Georgia 2003 and Florida 2007 will never be back unless those people stop buying ticket and let the real fans buy them so they will actually cheer and make it a better experience like it use too

When LSU is #1 and hosting a big opponent, that's when it's Epic..anything less than 07 UF seems "bad" but it really isn't. TS is awesome.

Expectations are a little too high for the game experience IMHO

LSU has be to be highly ranked now days for that to happen..this year, we might get that chance

Are you saying 'rich' people only started buying after 2008 and the before mentioned games they did not attend.

Seriously?

The issues are as follows:
1. Many of the people who sit between the 20 yard lines have had these tickets in their family for generations. Little Junior who attended games which were not on TV in the 60s and 70s is now a middle to older age person; so he gives the tickets to son; grandson etc. who has never appreciated the GIFT of going to an LSU game. You will see poor attendance in these sections but I still feel the enzones and upper deck crowd are great fans. We don't need more seats just more devoted fans to stay the entire game.

2. Traffic: since the arrival of Saban and now Miles LSU has entered a Golden Age of Football. I can remember leaving Central La. at 1:00pm getting to LSU for 3:30pm, having a meal in the Union and going to the game. Now everyone wants to go to LSU for the game day experience. Its not because of the poor infastruture of LSU, its the fans who have no tickets but come to campus to tailgate. This is why the traffic is so bad now.

3. LSU has addresses this; not sure of how they will manage it but hopefully its a step in the right direction.

4. Oh; we now leave Central La. at 6:30am to go to a college football game 2 hours away to get a tailgating spot. Saving my 20 dollar bills, I'll pay $40 happily on gameday this fall.

5. Rich fans statment, those people probably earned their wealth, those that don't are usually in Angola or Oakdale. Bet there are no high school drop-outs holding those seats!
