Is it going to happen? Seems as if now, LFC wants Anelka in the deal instead of Sturridge. If that is what is holding the deal up, DO IT NOW!!!!

If it doesn't happen now, it will at the end of the season. If you google the thread title, there ate reports coming out every 20 minutes that say it is going to happen and then it's not happening.

If they felt they had to do the deal in January then I can see the allure of Anelka. I think Sturridge is overrated honestly, but certainly has more long term value. Anelka could help them continue to move up the table this season.
