Have they said who the mom is on HIMYM?

I stopped watching the show a few years ago and just caught an old episode during lunch. Have they said who the mom is yet?

The episode I just watched was the one where he tried dating the mom's roommate. I think the roommate was Racheal Bilson. He only saw the mom's foot.

Racheal Bilson. yea thats who i meant my bad. theres another episdoe with her later on where Ted wants to go talk with her at a bar and meet the roomate

He refers to her as "your aunt robin" all the time. He called her that at least 3 times in the rerun episode that played on Monday.

I think that once they introduce us to the mother there will be one more season to show how involved she was through out the series.. i.e. she was the match for ted in the computer, the old roommate, the slutty pumpkin.... the yellow umbrella.. etc..
I say this because the mom's character needs to develop as much as all of the other friends or it will be an unemotional answer.
