Ground deer, seasoning (drop the pepper in it), cut jalapinos & onions, whiscoshire sause, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix it up and stick em on the grill. I topped them with American cheese. Enjoy!

I just wanted to say that this is not a Coon Arse recipe.... This recipe has been used in N. La. for many generations. I am proud of my culture and I want to live my culture, and shove my culture down other peoples throats, because, they are stupid if they don't do stuff like me and my grandaddy,,, dammmet...

Pretty funny but no that's not it. My grandparents did it way different. This recipe came about by throwing everything in but the kitchen sink.

You must have a very bare kitchen.

You should have marinated it in Italian dressing, stuffed with jalepenos and cheese and wrapped in bacon.

Ground meat?

Well ok folks. I'd never had it this way and wanted to share. That's what I thought the board was for.

Doesn't this info belong in a meatloaf thread?
