Mendenhall Lake today. Strange, looks like I saw some color in some of the cottonwood trees today already.

Really feels like fall. Daytime temps in the mid 50's with some sun. Cottonwoods along the river are turning color and dropping leaves. Favorite time of year

This is one of my favorite spots. It's a bend in the river and very peaceful. In a week or so we'll have Termination Dust (snow on the mountain peaks) and the slide into winter begins.

Mendenhall River mist, Cessna 206 and it looks like fall.

Auke Bay. Taken from the place I work.

Always loved the setting of this house. Peterson Hill
