smooth sailing so far.
supposedly, the system will shut itself before it overheats, effectively preventing the RROD. I've never even had the emergency shutdown yet. Can't say for sure that something awful isn't on the horizon though.

Thanks for the feedback and the info on about it shutting down before overheating. I guess I can be more at ease tomorrow buying the slim.
