I heard the offer was slightly more than he was making at LSU. So it was significant. Clearly they went through too much trouble to think they had no chance of getting him.

Tangerine will do anything to belittle LSU or anything related to LSU. You would think it should get better since U$C is on probation, but I guess not.

Miles spoke with Michigan AD because he was a personal friend.Miles has the best contract in college football and Michigan wasn't going to match it.Miles salary has to be in the top 5 salaries in college football.If he wins 10 games in a regular season, he gets a one year extention added. If he win the NC he has to be paid one dollar more than the highest paid college coach.Only a fool would leave a contract like that and Miles is not a fool like his critics.As Miles would say to the Negators, eat your heart out and I'm going to have a damn great payday.
