Sounds like we have a solid chance to land 2 of these 4 guys:
Jernigan
Rasco
Drew
Clowney
If we get 3 we ask QT to Grey Shirt? Are we going after anyone else at this point?
If we get all 4 my head will explode.

Do we know for sure that the kicker has a scholarship? Or is he just committed to playing for us? Only about 8-10 kickers get scholarships each year.

We have more than 2 spots left. I am sure we will have at least 1 greyshirt. And shouldn't we have 1 count towards last year? (Z. Lee's spot).
Also our self-imposed violation means we can only enroll 23 in the Fall. Not sign 23 on NSD. We can take 27, have 1 greyshirt, 1 count towards last year, and chances are 2 more will not be eligible by the beginning of next fall. Leaving 23.
Not saying we will, or should sign 27 on NSD, but if good players want to come here, we will not turn them down.

I'm afraid of signing as many as 27 just due to the few seniors we're graduating this year. We're going to have a lot of attrition this year and it's not going to be injury or grades. It's never good to boot a bunch of hard working guys off a team. I get they have to make the cut and stay competitive but still.

Good point. I think what you're saying is both fan bases are delusional. Cause I think there's a better chance bama and lsu end up with none of these guys than 2. Fsu leads for Rasco and Jermigan. S car for clowney and uga for drew.
As an lsu fan I hope we get 2, but not likely. The only scenario would be Rasco and jenigan. But with the history with evangel, that doesn't look good.

Ya I agree. Bama thinks Jernigan and Clowney. There have been some posts on BOL about gaining momentum with Clowney because of the DL coach changes and bondng with Bama commits at the UA game. Jernigan would be if Les went to Michigan.
