we took off his redshirt for 20 carries and 200 yards. the guy is awesome. would have liked to have seen him run the football for a whole possession drive.

Was a stud last night for sure. He had a lot of room to run but still looked fast, powerful, good vision etc...
really impressive

He may have been promised playing time as a true freshman. He is very good and will only get better.

ware is lucky he got any carries after having the balls to throw for a td pass vs auburn. kw threw a td pass vs auburn and it got him put in the les dog house.

I was at the 08 auburn game..
Could you imagine if ware was allowed to have a whole series at qb?
Will muschamp wishes he had Spencer ware..
If urban had ware, he's probably still coaching at Florida.

ware did make the best throw of the auburn game. we probably should have just ran the wildcat considering cheap shot bitch fairley hurt lee on purpose and jj was busy being jj

His redshirt has been off. He was Mr. Football in the state of Ohio. And this year Bama is getting Ohio's Mr Football. Legends and Leaders??? Please...

Do you not realize how stupid you are sometimes? You are better than this. An awesome bowl win, an 11-2 season, and you still can't help but take a passive aggressive shot at Miles for actually playing his 1,100+ yard, 15 td RB over a true freshman? GTFO

btw, Ware is awesome, and when he broke that long run I actually felt kinda good about myself for saying I think he's gonna be better than Ford right befor the game.

Jus because he hasn't gotten a lot of carries doesn't mean he hasn't played VERY well all year.
Ive been much more impresssed by him all year than by for of blue

I love Ford - my home town, know him personally, etc. - but what I saw from Ware last night was truly impressive.
Ford has to show up big to compete with Ware.
As an LSU fan foremost, I am ecstatic over the prospects at RB next yr.

Because people bitch about Ford and Shep not getting enough carries or that JJ doesn't pass enough. Where are all these magical touches people are expecting?

to be fair, I haven't seen enough of Ford to really form an opinion. But the people who have him being one of the best LSU RBs of all time already based on pretty much nothing really, are kinda silly. I hope he's fantastic, though. That could be a dangerous 3-4 headed monster next year.

don't remember which one of the under-army games ware played in last year, but he was pretty much the best player on the field

He easily looked like the best runningback on the field. If Ambles hadn't been unstoppable, Ware would've been the best offensive player. He definitely looked better than Lattimore in that game. I wonder why he didn't get bumped to 5 stars by Rivals after that game.
