We all have our favorites...but who are the guys you would avoid?
I don't want Leach or Pelini anywhere close to being the HC at LSU.

leach x 1000
i don't understand why people think his gimmicky offense would work anywhere else besides a mid major type school.

Tubberville.
And I'm about to make the most unpopular statement on the coaching changes board. Gary Patterson. Yes he has a good program at TCU, but he's done what Don Shows has done and taken a bunch of Texas running backs and athletes and put them on defense to make speed where other teams in his conference have none. I think he's a hell of a defensive coordinator and has taken TCU where it has never been before, but remember Franchione was there before him and did well too. And that was before TCU would have ever been allowed to go to a BCS game. I don't know what kind of recruiter he is and I don't know if he's got the drive to prepare for every SEC game like he does for the one big game a year he plays in. Just my two cents and I know everyone on TD disagrees with me, but I think he's a very good coach, just not the end all be all of college coaching and while I wouldn't be disappointed if he came to LSU, I would reserve judgment.

I don't want Leach but I didn't realize Big 12 was a mid major conference.
