Question about ESPN on Xbox360

How do I watch ESPN on my xbox in HD? Does my connection just have to be strong enough to watch it in HD?
I have an HDMI cable connecting my xbox 360 to my tv...

Yes, it works the same way as netflix.
Your ISP also has to have rights to ESPN3 (i think)

ESPN3.com yes. ESPN xbox app no.
You can watch highlights and shite but you can't watch live events. When you go to ESP3.com/activate to activate the xbox app for your ISP, it says that they are still working on the details for it.
ETA:
I actually just checked in right after I posted and I am now able to activate!!!!

They must have done it overnight because it wasn't working when i chekced it last night.
