I have leftover tenderloin and looking for suggestions on what to do. Last night, made a beef stroganoff. Not sure what to do next. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My dad made some sort of cocktail sauce for dipping and cut some of it up cold and just dipped it in there like a shrimp cocktail.

It's pretty good actually

on a side note.. if you have a whole beef tenderloin, cut into small 2-bite size pieces.. marinate for a few hours in minced garlic, worcestershire, brown sugar, and a few dashs of tonys (or pick your own seasoning beacuse everyone hates tonys these days.. too salty, etc)

grill until medium/medium rare, eat immediatly,enjoy.. they are awesome.. they get lightly carmelized and have a sweet taste.

im gonna get butchered for saying add anything to a tenderloin, but its just a tenderloin
