People say "You paid Newton", there have been FBI and NCAA investigations and nothing has been found.

Ha! You are being disingenuous if you are honestly saying that there is nothing to the Cam Newton situation.
His dad admitted to the allegations but there were no sanctions levied against Newton or AU. Even though NCAA rules EXPLICITLY prohibit any money, or discussions of money, being passed between a university and an agent of a player. Explain the lax enforcement of NCAA policy in this case...if you don't mind.
