This is it? This is what we were told to be patient for all last year and this is what we're given? REALLY??? And the way BB players are one and done we can't wait til a maturing process is complete . So what's the excuses now?

Why not? Kids don't come for the education anymore it's all about making a name and using college as a stepping stone to move to the pros. This class was all I heard about for the last year and that they would get them to the tournament and then poof!!! Gone quicker than it took to get them here. Don't fool yourself into thinking they are gonna stay because the dollar is worth more than a degree.

What makes you think the NBA is going to draft kids that lose by 20 to north Texas after their freshman year. Last years class will all be playing here next year, not in the NBA.

FYI, the NBA draft is not like the NFL. Far fewer players get drafted since there are fewer on each team and the money drops off much quicker.

I do not think TJ is interested in recruiting a kid who has a chance to play in the NBA, I have said all along he recruits four year players, which gets you in the NIT if your lucky, this team does not have one kid who is even close to Thornton, Thomas, Davis, Bass, or Swift. LSU bb is in serious trouble.

Ralston Turner is a guy who could be identical to Thornton and D. Mitchell.

Turner can play I agree, but no one else can. This is what happens when our coach did not recruit one D1 caliber player in his first two years. TJ is in his third year there is no excuse for the lack of talent on this team, When your LSU you do not lose to Nicholls state and North Texas State does not empty their bench with a 1:30 to go in your gym. I am still waiting on TJ to do something, I have said before and I will keep saying till he shows me something Marcus Thornton made him look like a genius.

Yet, Brady couldn't do anything with him. Also, that was a senior Marcus Thornton. Turner is a freshman, as is Stringer.

If Turner can tweak his mechanics and get more arc on his shot, he will be deadly. He shoots the ball with a flatter arc and I think that leads to inconsistent shooting. Also, if Stringer can learn to play within himself and not jack up threes from the timeline he will be very good. I also think he will be able to run the offense better with more experience.

Brady signed him hoping he and Tasmin would be able to play together, Tasmin got hurt and didn't play. Quit saying Brady couldn't do anything, there are alot of coaches out there who would kill to have his record, facts are facts. TJ won with Brady's talent and if Tasmin wouldn't have gotten hurt he may still be here. TJ will admit to that.

Trent Johnson is limited to what he can recruit. Brady left us with so many handicaps, including the APR which is horrible for us. For us to avoid heavier sanctions TJ has to recruit a highly irregular number of scholar student-athletes to increase the graduation rates of LSU.

This is one of many reasons I like TJ a lot. Yeah, they're here to entertain us, but there is life after sports. I have to wonder how many of the TJ haters actually graduated from LSU. It's not that hard, but it sure ain't easy, either.

I have nothing to apologize to you for and I never called you a liar. I called you an idiot. Which you still are if you don't think Turner and Stringer are going to develop into nice SEC players. You said we never get any top 150 guys and we have gotten 5 since Trent has been at LSU.
