I think 10 years is probably a stretch. True there aren't enough movies available for streaming, but, if there is something that you or your SO has always wanted to see, it comes in handy. Definitely helps you get your money's worth out of the deal.

I am mainly using mine to watch TV series right now. I think it's great for that.
