I hope he doesn't transfer but it seems to be a popular opnion that he will. Just wondering if he will graduate so he could do something similar to Masoli or if he would be stuck with a FCS school as his only option.

Doesn't the NCAA have a rule that if you get your degree and still have eligibilty, you can transfer to another FBS school? I think Masoli's case was a little different.

Having said that, all that Lee needs to do to be the starter is win the job in the spring.

I hope he graduates soon for his sake. Then he needs to get as far from Leslie as he can before the hatter rubs any more stupidity on him. Maybe a real coach could develop the talent he has.

In 08 Taylor Bennet graduated from GA Tech, then transferred to LA Tech and started the same year, while perusing an MBA.

Lee could probably do the same.

he can transfer to a AA and play.

If he graduates while he still has eligibility, he can transfer to a D-1 A school with a unique grad program not found at LSU.
Ole Miss had some masters program that Oregon didnt. Masoli has to major in that one.

Don't be so sure. He outperformed JJ by a long shot in the spring game, and many reports said he was the better QB, but....

I think JJ has to quit football for Lee to ever get a legitimate shot at being the starter at LSU.

I think the rule is, if he has his BS
he can transfer anywhere and play as long as he is going into a Masters program that LSU doesn't offer.

Who was the Duke BB player that graduated and then played qb at Syracuse for a year?

So Lee should quit football then go to Duke and play basketball?

He started the majority of the 2008 season, and Jefferson basically handed him the job this year and he couldn't take it.

I would like to see Lee graduate and enroll in an FBS school also--but to get away from Crowton, not Miles. Despite the criticism, he did contribute in the victories over Tennesee and Florida this season, but probably because of what happened his freshman season, never developed into the type of QB many had hoped.

In 08 he was a freshman who had no business being on the field and was playing form behind all the time b/c of Miles and his move to have co defensive coordinators. Please expalin how Lee got a fair chance this year when Miles never let him play more than a series or two at a time. As for the OC look at ehere we rank nationally as an offense under crowton. 90th in the nation. Wake up please. we have to much talent for this shite

The same could be said about Murray from UGA, who was put in the same situation this year as a true freshman - and look how that turned out. You asked when Lee got a shot - I just told you. Future reference: Use a fricking spell check. Your post are nausiating to read.

Explain why a true freshman from Georgia can play better than any two Juniors we have. Coaching. That is why I said he needs to leave, if you would have read my original post. I do love your smart arse remark on getting a chance in 08 though.

You are living proof stupidity doesn't have to be rubbed on by CLM. Miles is not the QB coach.

???? He's had more PT than 99% of FBS backups. Lee hasn't exactly made the most of his appearances.

Alright - The true freshman QB from Georgia is better than our junior QBs.
