Murphy (eta)
Blue
Gore (eta)
Ware
Hill
Shepard
Macghee
Hilliard

Am I missing someone?

Eta: Jefferson. Crowton thinks he's a RB also

Expect the unexpected. One of the guys we don't expect to play will, and 1 that we really expect to play wont, and we probably wont know the reasons why

I would venture to guess Jefferson getting 10 carries a game

Jefferson goes to TE...1 rush on a gimmick play next year....(hopefully)

1 Ridley goes pro (hopefully)
2. Ford, Ware, Hilliard, Shep get all carries
3. Wildtiger is run with Shep and Ware
4. Blue gets moved to LB where we need lots of help
5. Mcgee either Redshirts or plays SP teams with Gore
I really would like to see Hilliard and Mcgee redshirt. I think Ford, Ware and Shep should see all touches. JJ arse raped Shep's touches...frickin terrible...

The senior starting QB goes to TE?

I don't think it will be much different than this year. If someone steps up as a better pass blocker he will get more carries. Otherwise it's Ridley, Ford and Ware with the new guys getting some carries here and there. Redshirt all the freshmen unless they stand out above the rest.

yep, the same one that's ranked 107th in the nation is passing, yea, that one...

you know, the thing is he might, keyword there might, have a future as a receiving TE...we just dont know if he cant catch yet..

This is so typical of LSU fans.

Ridley was clearly the best player on offense this year, and is one the hardest runners at LSU in many years.

He's not flashy, but he picks up the hard yards and scores TDs.

Yet the know-it-all LSU fans are hoping he leaves so some hyped up fresman who has never proven anything can play.

Why are you so anxious for the best player on offense to leave?

I don't think anyone was questioning how good he is, I think he was saying hopefully he leaves for his own benefit

Maybe, but I've been an LSU fan long enough to know that that is probably not what he meant.

This is so typical of most modern day fans esp with how hyped up recruiting coverage is now a days. I remember watching a Texas game at a local sports bar here in Austin during the 2009 season and the guy next to me made the comment, "I'm ready for Colt to go ahead and move on." For some reason this guy couldn't wait for Garrett Gilbert to get on the field. I'm sure he was really happy this past season.

actually its both to an extent, (Ive said this before) it is better for him to leave now so that he does not have more tear on his body he is a violent runner (prolly why he has had so many injuries in the past), and he will not repeat next year what he did this year...
Not because he cant or nor thinking he got lucky, its just that we have so many talented running backs that he will see less carries.

now on the flip side, I do believe that Ford is better then Ridley, I believe if given the ball he could rush for 1200 yds...I think ford is the best looking back we've had since the diesal...

plus i think Ware should really get in the mix next year....along with Shep getting more touches...hopefully Mett will be able to deliver the ball more to shep on some screens and give a few carries in the backfield more...I think its crime what they have done to shep....
