Thanks for all the suggestions! Lot to go through and decide. We will probably stay downtown Dallas. It is going to end up being 7-10 (late 20s) guys (bachelor party) so we will be looking to go out and have fun. We also will probably want to hit up a strip club for a night, would the all nude one be better for a "bachelor" party??

In terms of narrowing down where to go out from all the suggestions what would be one place or area that we should definitely hit?

Thanks again for all the suggestions

This information makes all the difference in the world. Skip Deep Ellum. I wouldn't go down there with 10 guys (and not girls) to get wasted. That is a recipie for a dull night or one that ends in a fight or arrest.

Live it up when you go to the strip club and cab it home.

Otherwise, you are going to want to be in Uptown. Addison is the 30-something to 50ish metrosexual, big hair, wanna be millionaires and divorcees in FMPs. Greenville is mainly younger, but the parking just sucks and there won't be many single chicks to hit on.

The college educated mid-20s to 30s crowd is in Uptown. The un-escorted chicks looking to flirt with you are in Uptown. Uptown is where a group of 10 guys won't look out of place.

The ZaZa is good, not cheap, but nice. Mansion and Crescent are expensive, but they may have a weekend deal. The Melrose is older and (for full disclosure in a gay area) close and not as expensive. Downtown, the Joule is nice, but also expensive.

If I were you, and you'll be here Thursday night, I'd stay at the ZaZa and cab it up to Primo's for some cocktails and mexican food. Sit on the patio and people watch until dark. Then head down the MAT or Chisty's and watch a game (perhaps also on the patio) or get a beer at the Ginger Man if there's no game on. End up at midnight at the Loon and, as a poster above said, one cocktail is all you need. Then it's a quick cab ride down McKinney back to the ZaZa.

Hint: detour to Whataburger is not too far east on Lemon from the Loon.
