So, is this the thread for beginners to post work for constructive critiscsm/suggestions on how to improve?

This thread pretty much attracts people who contribute (or want to contribute) to the board (I wouldn't think the lurkers spend too much time in it).

If you start your own thread or post in an existing one (very much encouraged by the experts) you'll probably have a much more visible piece. Constructive criticism will happen anywhere you ask for it/mention you're new.

I'd suggest that, if you've finished a fark you're happy with, put it in its own thread (or if you're responding to an idea, in that thread). If you run into difficulty with the process involved, this is a great place to come for questions (and a damn good answer). I haven't been here terribly long, (and I'm nowhere near the best when it comes to using the programs or producing the results), but I've never experienced "bashing" for an attempt. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work- the Osama gif was pretty funny

Thanks for the advice. I just had a couple of finished pieces involving Sean Payton that I did in paint and I wanted to get some feedback/tips on them but I did a search for "Sean Payton" and came up with no existing threads to put them in and I figured I shouldnt be starting new threads until Ive been here longer. Guess I will go ahead and do that though. And thanks for the compliment of the Osama gif.
