I am a proud graduate of Louisana State University and Agriclutural and Mechanical College. A F'in aggie that majored in Poli Sci., and a man that has joked with a few of you over the years a long time ago. That someone that may or may not be associated with my school learned how to type is not a good thing. The children that died that night were people on the cusp of life. They had parents, siblings, relatives that right now have a hole in thier lives because of that night. Years ago I joked with a cadet and his parents about really wanting a pair of the boots that your kin wear, and I meant it. Those things are some bad-assed ropers

I know it sounds silly, but Bonfire was one of the coolest things a student could ever be apart of. I was in the band my fish year, so my opportunities to participate in cut and stack were limited. It fell my junior year. I remember it like it was yesterday. I'm not trying to get sappy, or what have you but Bonfire really is/was special to a lot of people. I think a lot of you could appreciate standing around a 70' fire on a late November night with about 125,000 of your friends to celebrate an upcoming football game against a school that you truly despise. Thanks to the OP for apologizing. Unfortunately anonymous message boards can sometimes bring out the worst in people. Gig 'em, and I'm really looking forward to the game.
