Damn...I guess this is my reminder.

Bought in August and they mentioned I needed to go do that but said the papers wouldn't be at the courthouse for 6 weeks and I've been out of the country since then.

Will do ASAP next week when I get in.

Get ready for a fricking mess with your mortgage company. They will more than likely pay the full bill. You will get a refund of course but when your escrow comes up for adjustments next year they will want to include the full amount of the tax because that is what they paid in 2010 ( they won't take the refund into account until you call and tel them). This happened to me with Chase and it took me 2 years to get it corrected.
