I don't know if I would call him (the agent) out on it in the woods by myself with him and another agent. They might shoot you down and then claim self defense.

He probably got caught on the camera before he noticed it like someone else said. He then switched the card thinking it was blank. Can you tell if there was down time on the camera? Meaning did he switch them immediatly, or bring it home first and then replace it? The former would lead you to believe he is alreading poaching on your land and was caught on camera. Send him some pics in the mail from the card
