Stadia Sports Grill here in the Woodlands has a decent crowd for Saints games. But thats around a 20 minute drive give or take from downtown.

Woodrow's is pretty good. I watched the NFC championship there last year, and it was awesome.

NP.
I forgot about this place. Hadn't been there in a while.
Ragin Cajun
4302 Richmond Avenue
Houston, TX 77027-6723
The crowd is pretty big for Saints games there. And its not too far from Downtown.

Woodrow's sucks. Go to Sawyer Park on Washington.
ETA: If you're looking just for other Saints fans, then sure, go to Woodrow's. But Sawyer Park (or a couple other places on Washington) is an overall better Sunday watching venue. More beer, better food, better scenery, etc.
