If my girlfriend were to go sit on my deer stand with me would she be required to have a hunting license? TIA

Don't let her hold, carry, look thru scope etc. If she does that can be constituted as hunting.

let her hold what ever she wants! if she kills a deer and u see a game warden then u killed it! like said before just make sure u have one gun.
