which bowl game is better..the cotton bowl or capital one bowl

I think cap one gives a little more money but lsu is headed to the cotton

I'd honestly love to see LSU play Wisconsin in any bowl. I think that'd be a great match up.

I'd rather go to Cotton but the opponent we play in the Cap 1 would be higher ranked.

I'm in the minority here, but I would prefer LSU to go to Capital One again. I have yet to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (probably not the best reason to pick this bowl again, but it gives me a reason to go check it out sooner than later). It would be nice to go to Disney too. And my boyfriend has friends who live in Whorelando, so we could stay with them.
Whereas Dallas is further than Houston (at least from where we will be in the Nola area). Plus it would involve a lot of driving/flying over a 2 day period.

Um, yes it is. Cotton Bowl is the only bowl game on Friday, Jan 7th.
And to answer the OP question, the Cap1 is tecnhically a "better bowl," but the Cotton is a great bowl game, and will surpass the Cap1 in a few years, and has many other elements that make it a better bowl game than the Cap1:
-date
-time
-exposure
-stadium
-area surrounding stadium
I absolutely despise the Cap1 bowl, the stadium, the surrounding area, and the boring arse Big10. If we go to Orlando again, I am going to vomit. Maybe I'll be ok with it again in a couple years, but not this year.
