Hold up on the antler restrictions, those of us in Southwest Louisiana do good to see one deer a year. Our deer are incredibly nocturnal. If you put antler restrictions statewide then it wouldn't be worth the effort down here. Maybe antler restrictions north of Alexandria and East of the Atchafalya Basin would work but it would kill hunting down south.
