I don't know what that is either. Boneless ribs? Have you checked out the McRib?

They are known by the term country ribs, and I assume they come from the area just after the last bone. They are quite good, and meaty. As for a recipe just treat them as you would ribs if grilling, if not treat like a chop.

I'm not sure if they're the same thing...Country ribs tend to have more fat on them and so they taste more tender. What stores around here call "boneless pork fingers" (at least the ones I've had) are sometimes very lean and can dry out easily, especially if overcooked.

As for recipes, I'm not really sure what to do with them. Country ribs I cook like regular ribs (even if boneless), but slow cooking at a low heat will probably turn those fingers into small bricks.
