All I did was reply that the most important stat was the final score...in which Auburn scored *more* points against Bama than Bama scored against Auburn. IMO, that's not playing Auburn's offense to 'perfection'.

Let me also add the obvious point that LSU held Auburn to fewer points than Bama did.

Yes, yes, yes, before you start bitching about my vagina again, I'll say upfront that Auburn took a knee in the final seconds instead of taking the final TD, which would have made their point total against us higher (duh)...but are you really going to argue over a hypothetical two-point difference?

I could give two shits about how many yards we let Cam Newton gain, the fact is, we held Auburn to roughly the same point total that Bama did.

And we both lost.

Meanwhile, I'll continue to keep my opinion that our D did a fair job (not great, but fair) against Auburn, and if our O had played a bit better, we'd have won. You have fun going on about Bama's 'perfection'.
