Out of the top 25 S.O.S. teams in that poll, we are the only one-loss team (Auburn is the only undefeated).

Oregon State played Boise, TCU, and Louisville out of conference. Washington played BYU, Syracuse, and Nebraska. UCLA played Kansas State, Houston, and Texas. Not saying these are football powerhouses this year, but quality out of conference opponents. Playing McNeese and ULM really hurt us, and UNC/WVU haven't exactly lit it up this year either.
