Eagle Lake, Katy and El Campo, TX are prime-time hunting! Just right outside of Houston, there is a ton of farm land that hold an arse load of ducks, but more geese yearly. Used to go there years ago.

Plenty of ducks to be had east of town as well. Liberty has a lot of flooded timber, you can get to the marsh from Anahuac, though it's kinda hit and miss. Plenty of bean fields between Anahuac and Winnie that Fin and Fowl used to lease, been a while since we hunted with them.
