Doubtful. It will be another year of JJ/JL. He should start but I don't think it will happen.

If we get a new OC, I think so.

I wouldn't be surprised if Lee transfers. Mett coming in January, and with a new OC likely coming, puts them all on the same level to start. Jefferson has been the better QB this year, and it will come down to is he better than Mett?

Mett getting here in January (if he commits), is huge.

Lee will not transfer. If he wanted to transfer he would have done it this year.

No, I think JJ will start. I do think he can win the backup job from Lee though.

You don't go after a JUCO QB, or JUCO anything for that matter, unless you plan on him playing early.

Usually this is true, but he has 3 years to play instead of the normal 2.

Irrelevant.

The REAL question is: How many years of eligibility does he have?

Normally they have 3 to play 2, so that's backwards logic.

Yeah but most guys aren't keen on redshirting after playing 2 years.

I think he'll be given a shot just like Z. Lee had to be the starter. But Miles isn't going to just bench Jefferson. At the very least he will have his package of plays to run.

With a new OC, yes. With Crowton back, who knows.

Yes he only has 3 years left... It's not like he is straight out of high school
