"It's not true," Newton's father said Thursday night. "The allegations are completely unfounded, and we've retained an attorney. That's all I can say at this time"
I am sure this is true and any attorney woudl have an easy time stalling. Not going to effect LSU this season. AT best, AU's wins will be vacated NEXT YEAR, but LSU's loss will remain intact. I think that is the way a vacated win works. Some clarify if incorrect.
