Should I start Steve Johnson vs Chi or Danny Woodhead vs Cle?

I'd probably go Woodhead. I doubt Johnson keeps his touchdown streak up against Chicago, and without that, he's pretty average.
As for Woodhead, he seems to be a stronger play each week.
