I was outside doing some work and the two pair flew near my house twice. Those F-22s are badass looking planes. Does anyone know if there will be a flyover at the Bama game? BTW, sorry if this was the wrong board, but I was outside and the jets do carry guns.

I'm guessing you live close to LSU

The military usually makes some passes over campus the week before a fly over. Sounds awesome

Modern fighter jets are really an inspiring sight. Just thinking about the pain they can bring gives me chills when I hear them. When we had our camp in Gheens the A-10's would fly over the marsh pretty often.

One of the coolest things I've ever seen was at the Army-Navy football game a few years ago. When Navy ran out the tunnel 6 F-22 flew over (looked like they were between the upper deck, and felt like it) all flown by prior USNA grads.

When Army ran out 6 Apaches flew over, flown by West Point grads.

That and the flyover by Blue Angels at the USNA graduation. Badass.

I can't think of anything that releases enough testosterone to make me not only jump tall buildings but go right through them as watching a high speed fly by from some of those high tech war birds.

1:30 mark is unreal. When they fly upside down, on top of each other and then flip.

God, there is absolutely nothing like a freaking flyover. Except for the one time in Starkville when the little cropduster thing flew over...

Saw a Harrier here at the Juneau Airport once. They had some F-18's too but the Harrier stole the show. That son of a bitch is extremely loud and the airport is surrounded by mountains on three sides. The whole ground shook and the sound of the jet echoed through the mountains.

I saw one when I was a kid at an airshow in Memphis. Completely stunned me. I was young and just couldn't figure out how that thing could work. It just hovered over the river for like 5 minutes

"I was outside doing some work and the two pair flew near my house twic"

it's about time BRPD started beefing up patrols. Crime is getting serious 'round here.
