Did Wade get fired? I haven't heard anything.
Why the past tense?

Because at 1-6 I seriously doubt anyone is still defending him.

And made the playoffs last year. Yet he has been considered a marginal coach and in over his head.
On the "hot" seat and his job in question since he got to Dallas.
Lots of parallels there.

Yeah, pretty much.

This. Les has a national title while Wade has one playoff win.

Somewhere, an Ole Miss fan is saying the same thing about LSU fans and Les...

Nope. Your thread is a total fail. With that, I am out.

The difference between Wade and Les, is that Wade can actually coach a position/defense. Les' speciality is what? Recruiting?

Ok, OK. Seriously the major difference is that Wade Philips hasn't won shite with what is considered a talented team (even though I have to say Wade is fricked cause for some reason Tony Romo is considered "good" and I can't figure out for the life of me why).
Les has won a National Championship, a few SEC Championships, and 4 out of 5 bowls while being here. Winning in the post season cures a lot of problems. mainly because there are a lot of coaches that are the epitome of crappy post season coaches. Take Bob Stoops for instance. dude can coachem up for an entire season but he must lose control of his team somehow during the winter break cause they come back and can't beat themselves out of a wet paper bag in the bowl games.

Dude, you're comparing NFL fans to CFB fans.
Not the same.

winning the games he's SUPPOSED to win using talent alone despite shitty coaching and the score being closer than it should have been
