Our ooc was tulane utah state and middle tennesse. This year was UNC WVU ULM McNeese. Which one has one less rent a win? Once again, people have idealized Saban's stay here to the point where there is nothing Miles can do to top it.

Okay. I'll just cut to the chase then. People compare the two simply by comparing W/L columns. I have never coached a collegiate football team but I would have to imagine that it is MUCH more difficult to build a program up from rock bottom and turn them into national champions in 4 seasons. Show me where Miles has done that. He hasn't. He was tasked with MAINTAINING a program 2 years removed from a NC when pundits, recruits and college football fans alike had begun to see LSU in a completely different light than what they had seen in 1998-99. Miles did a great job maintaining (and even improving on that prestige a little bit), but unfortunately, the last few years point to some disturbing trends. If you think this team plays with the same discipline and intensity of 4-5 years ago than I don't know what to tell you.
