You got cash, You hunt. I used to have a lease that was passed on to me by my father. When he was alive he was the only living witness to all the land disputes that was going on at the time. By favor he was promised to never loose the lease or pay more than 420$ a year. For trapping, Duck, and Deer hunting.
When he passed the lease was passed on to me. At 420$. Two yaers later it went up to 840$ a year, Two years after it went to 1700$, Then to 2600$ one year later. Then when they saw that they could not drive me out they took it from me. They came up with some BS excuse so they could give to someone with more money... Mr Tony Taylor and his buds from the bayou. And they saw that we still had a very good place to fish so they put a fience across the canal to keep fishers out too. You got cash. You hunt unless your A lucky one. But luck is running out.
