Why is that Redneck? It's in MY backyard for me and my guests to enjoy... it can't be seen from the road. It's something she did for me for my birthday, I think it's awesome.

It is bad arse. She's talented. And if it's on your side of the fence there's nothing anyone, or any HOA, can say about it.
I'm sure you already have, but go get your wife some more roses, chocolates, diamonds, etc for that masterpiece.

It is a very nice gesture from your wife. It gives a nice mural appearance to an otherwise dull fence (btw kudos on having one of the most evenly spaced pickets on that fence
