mitch moreland has impressed the living shite outta me since we called him from OK. first at-bat baseball was tossed over to the dugout, and he has played consistent as hell since.

I can think of at least 2 plays where Tex glove saved Texas from scoring. He's a beast with the glove.

I would love to see his numbers if he didn't have that multi-year absence. They could be absolutely ridiculous. He's still got quite a few years ahead of him though.

I like Moreland, but I still think we try to pick up a somewhat-big name 1B in the offseason.

I think Nolan and Chuck will be willing to pay him. The new ownership is key for this ballclub.

shhhhhh.

i don't want to talk about money and mess up our mojo for this season, bro. i will say this quickly: the rangers cannot afford cliff lee, hamilton, young, andrus and feliz next year. (ok..enough of that depressing shite....let's watch an arse-kicking THIS YEAR!!)

Just got an email from another Yankee fan that read:
"Giants win the world series in 6"
This may not be far fetched

I would like to clinch in Arlington for the fans, but then I think of the bad taste I have in my mouth from 96, 98, and 99 and I want the Yankees faithful to see a dogpile in the Bronx.
