JL has managed to be very humble and to say all the right things to this point. do you think the JJ loyalty is begining to frustrate him ? I am afraid that at some point JL's patience will run out. Surely by now he has earned the right to start and get into some kind of rhythm. The whole thing seems like it has the potential to be a huge mess !

If Miles does not allow JL to take 95% of the snaps next weekend LSu will lose and it will seal MIles fate at LSU. He will never overcome being labelled an idiot if he allows JJ to lose this game next week.

Peole said he was going to transfer since 08. He isn't going anywhere and every game he has gotten more and more snaps. And it's for the #5 team nthe country. You'd have to be a moron to transfer. Not to mention if he doesn't get noticed playing for lsu, you think he will on a team like mcneese? The kids best bet is to stay and continue to build his confidence all the way into the NFL.

You are absolutely wrong here.

If he can endure the '08 season, and still stay here, then what is going on now is a piece of cake.

He has plenty of patience.

If JL was my son I would encourage him to transfer to a new school

I think he will maintain a good attitude as long as he is on scholarship.

The kids patience and determination is something that people should be inspired by at this time. Hopefully, he doesn't do anything to change that. It wasn't that long ago that LSU fans wanted to run him out of town, now he is their/our savior.

If JL hasn't lost it yet, he isn't going to lose it.

If it didn't happen after his treatment by us LSU fans during 08 and 09, it's sure not gonna happen when he is playing as much as he is now, throwing TDs, and helping LSU to becoming 7-0 and ranked in the Top 6.

I'm more worried that Lee will transfer after this year if he continues to play like he has and still is forced to split the snaps.

I'd honestly hate for him to leave, but it would be in his best interest at that point.

What a retarded post

Lee's playing his part and staying under the radar ... Would you rather he have a target on his back like Cam "The Sham" Newton ... getting everyone's "best shot" week in and week out and getting busted up or injured/out.

Lee got 50% of snaps at Florida

Lee got 66% of snaps for McNeese St

Lee will likely get the great majority of snaps against Auburn ... who must prepare for two types of QBs ... Running QB (JJ) & Passing QB (Lee)

If you're a gambler like Miles, do you run your thoroughbred to f-ing death or hold him healthy and steady for the stretch run.

I say kudos to Les ... let JJ start every f-ing game ... Let JJ get his 15 - 20 snaps a game

Easy - he's back in the mix, the team is undefeated, and the coeds are throwing themselves at him again!
