Does he see the field this weekend?
Posted on 10/14/10 at 3:35 am to ellishughtiger
We shall see...funny thing is I played against him in high school...

I know the story behind him being the son of Sal Aunese, Les was like the QB coach for him when he started his coaching career at CU...Is that the only reason why TC came to LSU? Was he anything special in HS? Who else recruited him?

To tell you the truth I didn't even know he came to LSU, I did not even know the they recruited out in Colorado lol...I know CU and CSU wanted him and that was really all I heard...he was pretty decent in high school

There is an advantage in being fourth string QB at LSU, arse galore from the flagcorps, ha, but seriously I always see him on the sidelines with a head set on I guess he is relaying plays, maybe he wants too coach...

Yeah that would be more than likely what I would think he would plan on doing...he would have started at a big 12 school his junior or senior year maybe, but I just never saw him being SEC caliber, but hey if he can be then I will eat my words lol

yeah I like the fact that he does participate in the games even if it doesn't include actually playing. It's good to see him with the headsets on and relaying plays and such. He's always talking to the coaches and qb's too, like after JJ scored his second td it looked like they were having a productive conversation about the play. It seems like the players really respect him.
I wouldn't mind seeing him take a few snaps at the end of a game even if they were meaningless. He seems like a good kid.

RUDY, RUDY, RUDY
TC, TC, TC
Let's blow them out BAD and some of the scout team kids on the field for at least a couple of plays

I'd love to see TC on Saturday once the game is in hand, which could be the 2nd quarter.

I want our regular starters to get a good lead then let TC come in and throw a couple passes and let Michael ford run a lot. Just use this game to get reps for guys who don't get as much playing time otherwise

But then again are we trying to get Lee ready for Auburn or do you think he will be good by then?
Posted on 10/14/10 at 7:03 am to LSU1987777
Yeah he just needs to play a series or two but I expect Jefferson to get the most playing time. It'll be like a preseason NFL game like how starters only play a little bit. Game will be over before halftime

Yeah I am rooting for TC to start because hes from the same state I am and I played against him like I said earlier, but I am all about whatever benefits the team most going into Auburn.

ESPN did a piece on his dad a year or two ago. According to them, no one else wanted him. They made it seem like Les burned a scholarship on a charity case.

You do realize he is a walk-on, right? He is not on scholarship. He is here to learn how to be a coach, like his grandfather.
