Interesting Stat....

Totally meaningless except to point out the obvious.
Nebraska QB has only 175 fewer rushing yards than Jefferson and Ridley COMBINED. And, he has 188 more RUSHING yards than Jefferson has PASSING yards!
His Avg. Yards Per RUSHING attempt is 10.8 while Jefferson's Avg. Yards Per PASSING attempt is 10.3.
Just frustrated that we have the #2 WR prospect of the 2007 class in Toliver, the #1 WR prospect of the class of 2009 in Randle, the #1 dual threat QB of the class of 2009 in Shepard and the passing ranks 109th in the country!
Hell, ULM's Passing ranks 50th and they have already played (2) Top 15 teams in Arkansas and Auburn. La. Tech ranks 64th and ULL ranks 45th.
Is it too much to ask that Crowton figure out why the offense has been so bad?
I know this comes across as negative, but, with so much talent on the field why can't the offense show SOME sort of life. I'm proud of Ridley, but see the statistic above compared to the NE QB.
Go ahead and crucify me that I should just be proud the Tigers are 6-0.
I just think a guy making the money Crowton does and coaching at an ELITE school in an ELITE conference should have to answer questions like these regarding the lack of production of the offense.
Fire Away!

Yep........Couldn't you have posted this last week?
Or waited until next week to see how we do? Or the weeek after?
Piss poor timing, IMO.

We have too much talent....plain and simple. Maybe with Lee running the offense it won't take 3 minutes to run a play.

Don't you get it? We don't THROW ENOUGH PASSES to be ranked high in passing! Please understand the reason a stat is what it is. Averaging 20 attemps a game and the stats are going to be low.

Ok.
You do know that our offense has improved significantly over the last two games and is getting better each week...

Western Kentucky(111), Idaho(63rd), Washington(106th), South Dakota State(FCS) Kansas State(116th)
He has yet to see any type of rushing defense.

Ultratiger89...I get it. The only thing is, ULM has only (30) more passing attempts than LSU and ULL has only (25) more. That's about (5) thows a game more! And, they are STILL more efficient in the passing department than LSU.
That's all I'm saying.

dude who has Nebraska played?
also, who cares about stats if the team is competing and winning. You can keep the yards per pass award they hand out at the end of the season, I'd prefer to view team awards (hopefully

Bama throws 26.5 times per game and averages 247.7 YPG on 18.7 completions. (9.35 yds/att)
LSU throws 23.0 times per game and averages 146.5 YPG on 13.3 completions. (6.37 yds/att)
Your problem is more than just attempts.
Its completion percentage and yds/att.

And yet we have a better defense than you and are leading the SEC West but thanks for the input.
