I think Crowton is used to working with cerebral QB's. (I know this knocks Jordan but he hasn't proved he makes good decisions yet) I think Crowton is lost having to call a game for a QB who has perceived decision challenges. He was too damn effective with Flynn and other QB's to be dismissed as an idiot. I think he can't figure out how to use a QB like Jordan.

He wasn't that effective with Flynn. Though our offense was pretty good, that had more to do with the o-line and running game than anything Flynn did.

And in response to another poster who said he didn't have any problem with a 'figurehead' head coach who wasn't that involved with in-game management. I agree only if that coach can also take control of the game when it's obvious the play calling isn't working. Miles has shown zero ability to do that so far.

I fear Miles biggest weakness though is his stubborness and resistance to change.

Of course, if he finishes 10-2, I may be crawfishing pretty badly.
