First off I have been going to games for 15 years and have never heard "and beat the shite out of them". I believe you mean "kick their arse". That is said by 3/4 of the fan base not just the student section.
Give me a break. While the student section is getting a little out of hand with the band songs. The rest of the fan base is not much better considering what I heard after the failed snap to end the game on Saturday.

the entire student section basically yells, "kill their arse", but a few groups of students also add "and beat the shite out of them"...not many people do it, just a few idiots

sooooooooooo how did you want the fan base to act after the failed snap saturday. Did you not want them to give a shite what happened and go well that was a nice game to watch.

Bingo! Personally with the tuition students(and parents) have to pay now, my personal opinion is they can say whatever the hell they want........
