Thoughts??
Darryl (Oakland, CA)
Mark, the Pac 10 had been called USC and everyone else for a long time while, isn't it time to call the SEC "Alabama and everyone else"? That league just doesn't look close to as strong as the Pac 10 is...Thoughts?
Mark Schlabach

It's definitely not as deep as it has been. But Florida is better than it showed. Auburn and Arkansas are legit, and South Carolina is pretty good. LSU has talent but not much coaching. Georgia and Tennessee struggling so much hurts its depth, no question

Another post
Kevin (tiny grad school cubicle, GT)
is Les Miles setting the record for hottest seat after a 5-0 start?

No question about it. It's almost like LSU fans want him to blow a game. Shame Lane Kiffin wasn't still coaching Tennessee. He would have had 15 players on the field.

Funny how nobody is talking about how bad kid-Dooley screwed the pooch as well.

We'll see in bowl season. Auburn doesn't stand a chance against LSU. I'm sick of seeing all this Auburn hype. I've seen most of their games this year... go watch their miss st game.

They can dog Miles and his game management ALL they want.....but LSU has some damn fine coaching going on.
You can't just push what our D and Special Teams are doing......sorry

Schlabach has never even tried to mask his feelings about Miles. he thinks Les is an idiot.

Well...LSU has one of the best defensive coordinators and maybe THE BEST special teams coach. That's 2/3 of a football team.
Crowton sucks balls for sure.
Miles is still a CEO type coach and is more about leadership and preparation. I still think if he replaces Crowton with someone competant...then LSU would be very very dangerous.
The recruiting is excellent...so the talent will always be there.

The "journalists" are whining about all varieties of peripheral "issues" they can dream up as much, if not more than their whining fans. Very few are seeing it as a case of Dumb & Dumber.

Thank you,
Miles brought in Chevis and all the talent that we have on the team today. GC is responsible for making this offense (with all of its weapons) fire. The players have already stood up for coach Miles, and the fans should do the same.

WTF???
Alabama,Auburn,Arkansas,LSU and Florida all top 15 teams, South Carolina is very good...
MSU is even ok this year.. So that leaves Ole Miss in the West and UGA,UT and UK in the east.. Vandy will never be good
HOW THE frick are we not deep? What kind of question and answer was this?? SEC is as strong as ever..

..maybe because Dooley does not have a several year trend of poor coaching ??
