He kept looking to the sideline waiting for it from them.

yeah, i saw that. coaches are mostly to blame. again confusion from the sidelines on what play to call.

i just hated to take our final timeout after a delay of game. senseless.

I think Lee would have spiked it, but Les Miles admitted during a post game interview that there should have been a second play call or a call to spike the ball if they didn't get in, given to JJ and it didn't happen. Most QB's would understand that they need to spike it, without instructions from the coaching staff, but you can't blame it all on JJ.

Also, JJ was trying to get lined up, but with all of the attempts to substitude, I think it confused him. He couldn't snap the ball without everybody lined up and in place.

I see the problem here as the QB not being allowed to think at all in the game. The coaches are so caught up in the chaos of trying to think they are confused. The only person thinking was T-Bob. Pretty sad when the center is the only person on LSU's side thinking.

He took his time getting up and getting back behind center, and that just makes no sense at all. JJ screwed up again.

why is no one criticizing JL for his huge mental misstakes in that final drive?

we take a delay of game, THEN have to burn our final timeout because we're still not at the line of scrimmage ready to snap the ball.

we still have that timeout, the end of game trainwreck likely never happens.

The delay is Miles fault thats the HC that should be calling that TO right there. Plus Lee was the one yelling at them for a play on those two plays. They were not getting him a play. I see Lee is partial to blame there but he made up for it.

i put zero blame to what happened at the end on jefferson was dumb on the coaches part to put him in in the first place and every coach in the country at any level would of had a second play planned. we r 5-0 despite probably being the worst coached team in the country if werent for defense and special teams causeing so many turnovers and scoring td's really what would our record be without turnovers or a special teams turnover it takes a miracle for us to beat a team that went overtime the week before to be UAB and had 50 players on the sidelines that had never made a road trip before.

Clocking would not be the answer either. You waste a play with 26 seconds left.

I want two plays. You line it up and call a pass play, or a roll out run pass option.

Something that gives you a chance and gets the clock stopped for 4th down.

I agree, I think we needed two plays.
