how in the hell does that in any way respond to the text you quoted? The mounds have barriers at the bottom against the street that doesn't let anything go anywhere. They're not being worn down. Tell me where all the dirt is going if these kids are destroying the mounds.

Oh, oh, oh! What if these same kids started sliding down the levee instead? Would they be eroding the levee? This is ridiculous. Bunch of yuppies
