Mephistopheles, have you ever been to York? I'm going there for a day trip on Sunday with my International Students Association and looking for some suggestions.

is a walled city... just go walk around and hang out. This is a large hill in the middle where they killed some jewish people back in the day.
York is cool because its small and they have a pretty cool marketplace

Only places I really know are London, Bath, Reading and Manchester. I think York is the sort of place where just the whole thing is a massive tourist attraction, old castles and stuff, but sorry I have no idea.

I have been to York. It was only a day trip. Really cool city. Has a lot of the old world feel.
